Please note that in shopping with Penningtons Ltd. we offer safe, secure and easy use of all credit and debit card facilities. All card numbers and personal details are encrypted when you place your order automatically via the inbuilt Protex secure payments gateway. We are also committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose information collected from you to third parties, and will always act lawfully within the terms of the UK Data Protection Act.
DELIVERY
- For orders up to £200 (UKP) goods will be delivered, worldwide, at the standard rate for second class post. Please contact us for details at the time of purchase.
- If you require delivery to an address other than the registered cardholders address please supply the shipping details when you place your order.
- Orders will be processed within 48 hours during working hours or within the next 2 working days following weekends and public holidays.
CUSTOMER GUARANTEES
- If within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied with your Bloomers, for whatever reason, a full refund (of the price paid, excluding postage) will be given on the return of the goods;
- A full refund (including postage) will be offered, without time-limit, for faulty (by reason of manufacture but not design) Bloomers, subject to the Bloomers not having been subjected to excessive force or other operation beyond their design and/or manufactuing capability. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you have any complaints concerning the product or our service please contact us promptly in order that we can swiftly and fairly deal with the matter. We aim to deal with all such matters within 2 working days. See below for contact details.
