Q: "My shipping address is different to the one in my confirmation e-mail"
A: This is probably your Paypal confirmation email which will default to the shipping address associated with your Paypal account. Don't worry though- we will use the shipping address that you entered at the checkout
Q: "I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail"
A: This can only happen if you didn't enter your e-mail address at the checkout stage of your order, or if you spelt your e-mail incorrectly. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your full name and we will forward you your order confirmation
Q: "Some of your tights are a bigger size than me, would they still fit?"
A: The chances are, yes. Tights are very elastic and we are giving the largest size the tights will stretch to rather than the smallest size they contract to.
Q: "Do you accept returns?"
A: Yes, as long as you haven't tried the item on then we are happy to exchange or refund
Q: "How can I pay?"
A: Debit card, credit card, PayPal or cheque. We can't accept Maestro cards as they require '3D secure' which requires a new password if you haven't already enrolled
Q: "How quickly will I get my parcel?"
A: Orders placed before 1.00pm are processed the same day and all parcels are sent by 1st class Royal Mail post, so you should receive you parcel within 2 or 3 days, but most seem to arrive the next day. For orders being sent abroad, see shipping link at the footer of each page.
