UK delivery charges & times
UK £4.95 fixed price (Delivery charges are fixed for all orders - up to a maximum value of £300)
All orders with UK destinations are sent out using the Royal Mail First Class Tracked service.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2:30pm, on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Most customers receive their orders within one or two days of postage, often the very next day!

International delivery charges & times
Delivery charges are fixed for all orders (up to a maximum value of £300)
Europe £9.95 fixed price.
Worldwide £10.95 fixed price.
International parcels are sent out using the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service where this is available. For countries where it's not available, they are sent out using either Royal Mail Tracked, or Royal Mail Signed service.

Local taxes and duties: All orders are shipped directly from the UK. Some countries may require you to pay import duties and/or taxes once your order arrives at its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. For further detail we suggest that you check import duties, customs and local sales taxes with your postal service and/or local customs office before placing your order.
EU update: From 1st July 2026, duties will be applied to ALL parcels entering the EU, which now includes those with a value of under €150. According to the Council of the European Union's release, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to all parcels with a value under €150, and it will apply per line, e.g., if a single parcel contains 3 different types of items, then the charge will be 3 x €3 = €9. For parcels with a value of over €150, customs charges are still calculated using standard EU tariffs and import VAT, as before.
