Our Comments

These are shorter than our original SuperWide cotton socks, and the yarn is slightly lighter in weight, more suitable for wearing with shoes rather than boots. Wide from top to toe, for extra comfort - they’re easy on, easy off. The natural fibre and interlocked toe seam (not sewn) means they’re great for sensitive skin and won’t irritate. Gorgeous for everyone, but also suitable for swollen and sensitive feet, and diabetics. The cotton yarn used is pre-washed, so wont shrink.

Care Instructions

Hand or machine wash, not hotter than 40° with a gentle detergent. Can be tumble dried, but we recommend air-drying flat to ensure longevity.

Comfy socks

These are great. They are not tight and are stretchy enough to get my very broad feet in without a struggle. Neither am I faced with the dreaded indent from the rib being tight. I also like the toe and heel being of stronger weave/material.

Super socks

Wow - I have at last found some socks that do not strangle me. They are quite long which is lovely and so gentle, but good enough so that they stay up in position and don’t keep riding down. I have since bought some more and have given my husband a pair of them as he struggles to find gentle socks which stay up. I am so happy to have found these and hope to buy more.

Amazing

I have a sensory issue where I cannot stand the feel of the elastic in socks. My legs aren’t particularly big but I absolutely cannot stand the feeling of the top of a regular sock around my ankle or leg but I need to wear socks as I have a thyroid autoimmune disease so my feet get very cold and I don’t like being barefoot. I have been struggling for years to find a sock which doesn’t feel like a restrictive sock! My mum also has the same issue and bought a trial pack and immediately told me this may help me. As soon as I put the first pair of socks on, I knew I’d hit the jackpot. I feel like I’m wearing cosy socks yet I’m not feeling and restricting elastic. And the socks stay up which I just think is pure magic! I’ve put in another order today for another 6 pairs because I’ve finally found the perfect socks that keep me comfortable and warm all day long.
